The four-man-combo founded in 1999 has recently been attributed to that
in several reviews.

‘Mastery of the Light’, the first demo-record (produced by ‘Destination’s Calling’;
recorded and mixed in their rehearsal room) was released in July 2001 and
turned out to be a smash hit: Several fantastic reviews from all around the
world underline the potential of the production and confirm:
‘Destination’s Calling’ certainly has a future. After the record was out, DC put
all effort in their live activities and with constant performing they won quite a lot of enthusiastic fans.

The discography of DC got extended with two more promotional records in 2003
(3 songs each) which confirmed their status in the Heavy Metal business:

Performing the Keep It True III –festival (together with Helstar,
Sacred Steel a.o.)

‘Turning Away’ released on the 9th Metal Crusade compilation of the magazine “Heavy oder was!?”

Sharing the stage with acts like Freedom Call, Brainstorm, Ektomorf, Majesty, Grave, Disbelief, Dew-Scented, Chinchilla a.m.m.

Of course, a lot was also going on backstage:

In September 2005 the band went to Munich to bring to life the new album
‘Invisible Walls’ at the Dreamscape Studios.

‘Invisible Walls’ was recorded and mixed by Jan Vacik (Dreamscape)
and mastered by Andy Horn (Red Room Studios; e.g. Edenbridge, Majesty,
Bob Rock). The cover was designed by André Beckston from Sweden, who
may be well known for his collaborations with Edguy, Michael Kiske and
many more.

The result marks the development of ‘Destination’s Calling’ from an underdog
to a future diamond in the Heavy Metal scene.
